1. General Disclaimer

Tantra Therapy Hub provides holistic wellness therapies, energy healing, and deep relaxation massages. We strictly do not offer any medical diagnosis, psychiatric treatment, or medical prescriptions. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.

2. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to book and receive any therapies at our centers. Valid government-issued identification may be requested prior to your session to verify age.

3. Client Conduct & Consent

We maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment. By booking a session, you agree to the following code of conduct:

• Strict Boundaries: All therapies are mutual consent-based. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or violation of the therapist's boundaries will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund.
• Intoxication: Clients must arrive sober. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone appearing to be under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
• Hygiene: Clients are expected to maintain basic personal hygiene. Shower facilities are provided at all our luxury centers for your convenience prior to the session.

4. Health & Medical Conditions

It is your responsibility to inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions, physical injuries, allergies, skin conditions, or pregnancies during the pre-session consultation. Tantra Therapy Hub and its therapists shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions or injuries sustained if relevant medical history was withheld.

5. Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Bookings: All appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website, WhatsApp, or phone.
• Deposits: A partial or full advance payment may be required to secure your booking, depending on the therapy chosen.
• Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
• No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of any advance deposit.
• Refunds: Refunds for cancelled sessions (within the permitted time frame) are processed at the discretion of management. Terminated sessions due to client misconduct are strictly non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

By engaging in our services, you acknowledge that holistic and bodywork therapies involve physical touch. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the therapies. Tantra Therapy Hub, its owners, and independent contractors shall not be held liable for any incidental, direct, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
